Customer Service Representative (QLD office)

ULA Group, a manufacturer and an exclusive distributor of world leading entertainment and architectural lighting and visual products, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to operate and manage the customer service and sales desk.

Your responsibilities:

- Focusing on delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintaining relationships with current clients
- Operating company’s national sales desk
- Quoting, reviewing and processing sales orders
- Updating database of clients, monitoring sales leads and customer’s feedback
- Providing basic technical product support for customers

The ideal candidate will have:

- Existing background in stage or entertainment lighting or electrical/electronic wholesale experience
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Outstanding communication skills with attention to detail
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Energetic and Enthusiastic self-motivated individual
- Customer Focused, team player
- Great computer skills, experience in Pronto would be advantage

Sales Support / Store person (VIC office)

ULA Group, a manufacturer and an exclusive distributor of world leading entertainment and architectural lighting and visual products, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Support / Store person to manage a warehouse and operate a customer service and sales desk.

Your responsibilities:

- Maintaining the warehouse (including stock control, pick/packing customer orders)
- Checking and testing all incoming products and assisting with product servicing
- Maintaining and conducting product demonstrations in the showroom
- Goods dispatch and freight coordination
- Operating a customer service and sales desk
- Reviewing, processing and confirming sales orders
- Providing basic technical product support for customers
- Operating a fork lift

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in managing warehouse, electrical/electronic wholesale experience would be advantage
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise work
- Outstanding communication skills with attention to detail, excellent telephone etiquette
- Current fork lift license
- Customer focused, team player
- Good computer skills, experience in Pronto would be advantage

ULA will provide a training for both basic electrical testing and servicing of lighting equipment.
