With full technical support and service facilities at ULA‟s three South Eastern Australian locations, and a network of Authorised Service Centres (ASC‟s) throughout Australia and New Zealand, ULA is ideally placed to support the range of distributed products with both warranty and programmed maintenance services. Technicians have factory training and are directly “plugged-in” to the global network of technical support of the company‟s manufacturing partners.
ULA offers a comprehensive technical phone support to a varied range of clients right across Australian and New Zealand. From simple provision of User Instructions to in depth diagnosis for automated luminaires, controllable fixtures and lighting controllers.
ULA carries an extensive spare parts inventory across all supported products, full bin tracked and bar-coded for maximum efficiency and fast delivery. Where parts are indented, express shipments are utilised to expedite earliest supply.
Regular technical training is offered to ASC‟s and the ULA clients, often with factory representatives providing instruction directly on the latest products and techniques.
